In our practices, we focus on teaching concepts and patterns of wrestling in addition to moves and positions. We aren’t interested in having everybody wrestle like our coaches, we encourage our athletes to develop their own individual styles

Our wrestling club is for High Schoolers and Middle Schoolers who want to be challenged by the next level of competition. Out of state travel and competition is common for our club, but not necessarily required.
