What makes us different
Most gyms try to keep people on personal training plans for as long as they can. It’s a predatory business tactic, they are more interested in keeping you as a client (and getting your money) than empowering you to go off on your own.
At Lowcountry Athletics, our goal with personal training is to educate and arm you with the understanding needed to move on to your own fitness practice, or one of our other programs.
If you are:
-New to exercise or fitness
-Wanting to feel empowered to make your own decisions regarding your training
-Interested in being treated as an individual, with a unique and shifting plan that changes as your interests do
Then this program is for you!

Our packages range from $50-$75/hour. Please indicated how many sessions you may be interested in, but we can also provide a price sheet for you upon request!
